What is reiki ?

Usui Reiki, a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century, is steeped in a rich history and philosophy. The term “Reiki” itself is a combination of two Japanese words: “Rei,” meaning universal or divine, and “Ki,” referring to the life force energy that flows through all living things.
